Food Truck Vendor Application
Spaces are limited · First-come, first-served · Your space is not confirmed until payment is received and your application is approved.
Application Fee: $100 · Non-Refundable
⚠️ No Liquor Policy — Zero Tolerance
Food trucks may NOT sell, serve, or distribute alcoholic beverages of any kind at the National Petroleum Day Tailgate. Any vendor found in violation will be immediately removed from the event without refund. No exceptions.
This fee secures your submission for consideration as a food truck vendor. Spaces are limited and will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that participation approval is based on confirming all required insurance and licensing details. Your spot is not confirmed until your application has been reviewed and approved in writing by National Petroleum Day, Inc.
